Bodybyvii Visalas Misleading website, bad business practice with horrible customer service Nationwide

I ordered a shape kit from bodybyvi on the 30th of the month. I received it on the 5th of May started the same day. We'll on the 11th,  7 days after recieving the kit they auto shipped another of the same kit to me sending my account into overdraft . I called customer service, I was like I need to cancel the order, I just received my other kit 5 days ago I'm not even sure if the products work yet and she's like oh we can't cancel orders. I'm like what? I ordered the shape kit which after taxes is almost 300 dollars, I don't have 600 dollors to spend on a product I don't even know works. I explained that I thought they auto shipped every thirty days that the website was misleading but even after talking to a very rude, smug supervisor I got no results just like that I'm out almost 600 dollors. I will never ever do business with this company and I intend to ensure everyone I know hears of the experience because people work to hard to be mislead and ripped off like that. I had four people in a week trying to get the product, I just can't allow anyone else to get screwed over. I'm glad I can warn them before they get scamed. It definately put a financial hardship on me, but you live and learn. I never expected this company would be so terrible from the reviews but I see they must be from people selling the product. This company is definitely a BUYER BEWARE BUSINESS. PLEASE if your reading this NEVER EVER trust this company they are dishonest.
