We met with Ron George at their Clinton Discount Building Materials store to purchase a metal building package. He stated that we had to place 1/2 of the full amount down and that it would be 3 weeks before they delivered our building. We at that time gave Mr. George a check in the amount of 2651.80 for the down payment on the building. After 3 weeks we contacted Mr. George to find out when they would be delivering our package, at that time Mr. George stated that he thought that we were not ready yet, so he would be getting the package together and would let us know when it was ready, we waited about a week and contaced him again regarding the delivery time. He gave us a date for delivery, it did not show up After this we called numerous times, we got numerous delivery dates with no delivery occuring. On June 29 he stated that our building would be delivered on July 1. We contacted him on July 1 to find out what time they would arrive, after 6 hours of attempting to get a response of delivery time, he finally stated that there were no deliveries going out that day. At that point we stated that we have waited over two months for delivery of our building package and would just like to receive a full refund, Mr. George stated that would not be an issue and would get our check in the mail. On July 10th , we still had not received the refund so we again contacted him. He stated that he believed that Jody, the owner, had already sent the check out. We said that was fine we would wait until Tuesday July 16th to give it time to reach us and at that point if it had not we were going to be seeking legal action. We again called today, Tuesday July 16, with no response from Mr. George or Jody, regarding a refund.
