For those who are concerned and tired of corporate lies and greed and you are considering Bonaventure as a future employer or a possibly home for you or a family member then there are a few things you may want to know about Bonaventure.

Yes, I was a former employee; there are many of us. Most are happy they left and have many horror stories to share.

I am only concerned about someone else falling into the manipulation and abuse you may endure as a lot of us have. Upper management, Pam Grey, Kelley Hamilton will pretend to care, they pretend very well. They do not! They do not care about anyone except themselves. They do not care about your loved ones, they do not care about you. They only care about the bottom line and that is money. They only care about how many seniors they can move into one of their communities in a month. They do not care if you can afford it down the road; you are only a number on a computre screen.  They do not care if you or your loved ones have special care needs; if you or they do, it's just more money and that is about the extent of the care. You are just a number in a census report that they have weekly and monthly meetings on, hounding the executive directiors and marketers to push harder; similar to a used car lot sales meeting. And if those team members do not meet census standards; they are shunned, talked about like they are losers and eventually fired, even if they are exceptional care givers and managers. Pam Grey, Kelley Hamilton and a few others are very good at deception, manipulation and lying to get what they are after... and that would be a brand new custom built house on the hill, another corvette, boat, etc... Those things are more important than the care you or your family member will receive or the respect and appreciation any employee will receive if you do not fall into line. If you are inline with those beliefs, you'll fit right in.

They have received many fines for not adequete training, which resulted in poor care. They have seniors in memory care who were lost for many hours.
