I had them at my house a few weeks ago. The sales guy told me everything that wrong with my basement. Which he was right about how bad it was.
They (workers) came to my house and piled out of the truck. I was expecting a crew that looked the part of at least what the salesman looked like. (Clean cut, non tattooed, showered, non-violent, trustworthy) Not a one looked or acted the part.
The crew looked like a bunch of thugs and non-americans which were entering my house. I tried to talk to a few of them and they couldn't even speak english. My two teenage daughters with my wife were at home when they came in. Once I saw the crew I told them to leave for their aunts house.
I have done some back ground checking on the employees that were in my house. I about crapped my pants once I found out that I had let CRIMINALS in home.
I can not believe that a company hires criminals to enter peoples houses. From drug charges - still pending against 3 of them - Assault and Battery - Burglary - Robbery - Drug Possession Offences - Assault 1st & 2nd degree - Battery - Probation violations - One guy had a sexual assault charge against him. Does anyone complete a background check on employees?
Now I am updating my security systems in my home. DO NOT LET BONE DRY WATERPROOFING IN YOUR HOME.

eh Bonie, careful what YOU 'claim'. You said 'ALL' of your customers are pleased, NOT quite mister. See at least a couple recent customer-complaints against you peeps, sales practice complaint and warranty-refund complaint. Have watched your PAID-for commercials too, hardly impressed,lots of spin as usual from ALL inside system co`s.
If YOU are not FIRST.....competently & honestly identifying-determining how/where the water is first-entering (DUHHHH don`t mean where it shows up in basement at-along floor-wall), and then repairing/waterproofing the ACTUAL problem(s),defects then you have been,still are MISREPRESENTING the real problem(s) and actual-ONLY solution to.....those problems!!!! Grrrrrrrrrr

I did business with Bone-dry in 2008 after my basement flooded. Not only did bone dry do an excellent job but I was highly impressed with their professionalism. I have and will continue to recommend bone-dry to my family and friends.

This report is completely false and we believe it to have been filed by a disgruntled employee. We are family owned and operated and have no employees with the criminal records described in this complaint.
All of our customers have been very pleased with all of our employees and the services we have provided. We are an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau with an outstanding rating. We could not have achieved that if this company was operated as described in this outrageous complaint.
At this time I am demanding proof from the individual that posted this complaint as to it validity. I have also contacted legal counsel to pursue this slanderous act through our legal system.
