I cancelled my order within minutes of placing it and they wont refund my $997.00

They have no website.  After I paid I was unable to access their software so I tried to search for them online and they have no website so I did a search on Facebook and found a page full of ppl saying it was a scam and to stay away.  I immediately contacted their support  and said cancel my order.

They have no phone number you can call to talk to someone, they just have "Rick" guy with an attitude on online support which is probably Jon Shugart or Luke Sample hiding behind the name.

They have a "Secret Facebook page" cause the real Facebook page is slammed with other ppl who got scammed.

I cancelled within minutes of the order and he's telling me no refund, I never even had access to the program! They are rude I dont want to do business with them.  He tells me that all companies have complaints, but not all companys have a slew of ppl says they are scamming them.

Luke Sample and Jon Shugart are trying to scam me out of $997.00, I never receive access to their product or service and they are holding onto my money and wont refund it.
