Dayna Titus, real name Dana Jill Titus, owner of Bootywear.net and Artisticcaptures.net which is a front for illegal activity.  This individual has a long, and strange background of unusual behavior.  I tried to buy some of her advertised "clothes" on website Bootywear.net a while back and discovered it was a front for "escort services" and illegal drug activity.

Very strange encounter to say the least.  She stole hundreds of dollars from many unsuspecting people mostly men looking for a "good time".  Her history is quite sketchy.  I contacted one of her neighbors on Muirwood Ct in Pleasanton Ca, only to find out that she was suspected of having a "meth lab" out of her house!  She has since moved to 829 Oak Manor Court in Pleasanton Ca and her ex-neighbor told me that the neighborhood could not be happier.

I contacted local police and they informed me they were well aware of her and her activities.  Her ex-neighbor, who I have known for many years said Dana, now goes by Dayna Titus is known locally as a loon and was instutionalized for mental problems several times when she lived by my friend.  Just check out the sleazy pictures this h*o posted of herself on the internet.  Wow!  I am sure her husband and family are so proud!

When I checked her name on the internet I saw where her and her husband have several houses in Pleasanton that they have refinanced every few months for past several years.  No doubt to an attempt to help with their financial problems.  Also saw where they paid their property tax last year on their home at 829 Oak Manor Court Pleasanton Ca 94566 late and had to pay a penalty of several thousand dollars.  My friend told me they are in deep financial trouble and that her husband Gary is listed in public records in Alameda County Ca listed as a defendent in many many civil lawsuits for mishandling funds for accounts he was responsible for.
