Boston Sports Club This company took my money but never activated my service because of a policy conflict. The Boston Sports Club employees told me to contact member services for a refund. This was on December 13, 2013. I've tried contacting them via email, phone call, post, and more in-person visits with no results. I've sat for a half hour on the phone waiting for a rep to answer and then it just cuts me off. Now when I try calling it's answering service is 'under maintenance for the next hour', but it's been two days of maintenance. I've sent out ten emails over the course of a months and I'm still being charged! Boston Massachusetts
