Boston Sports Club My sports club I canceled my membership in person. I don't have the paperwork, they're trying to extort 3+ months of fees from me. And now they say they are going to put it to collections this should be ilegal. Woburn MASSACHUSETTS

I was lied to when signing up for the club, cancelled my membership within a week of opening it. despite paying $35 ti open the membership. Somehow this wasnt processed i dont have the paperwork. Now I'm getting called daily with threats of collections for a memberhsip that i have never used.

These people are clearly engaging in an unfair and deceptive business practice. That's the legal term. You and I call them criminals.

They require a "personal" visit to cancel your membership,...EVEN THEN THEY DO NOT CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP. Your ability to dispute fraudelent charges on your credit card expires after 30 days in many states, Boston Sports clubs is well aware of this.

They then bill your credit card AGAIN after you think you have cancelled. AND again they start with the personal visit requirment,....

The boston Sports clubs have done this to thousands according to NY states Attouney Generals office. SAME in Mass., acording to their consumer protection office, but no one is shutting them down??????

Cancel your credit card to stop further charges,...and please go some where else.
