Botach Tactical Didn't deliver, Ripped me off

I ordered a transparent 9mm ETS Glock Mag, 31 round capacity. It's been 11 days and they refuse to actually communicate with me. One person hung up. One person told me when I'll be charged ( When they ship ) and one person emailed me to tell me it was processing. It doesn't take that long to process. That's a load of s**t and honestly, if they'd just say "We don't have enough staff to handle orders" I'd go "Ah. Well I'll just wait then." But then again, you can find where this has been happening to people for over a decade all over internet forums. They had long enough to get their act together and now they're screwing me over. I highly reccommend against anyone using this company and I've been sure to tell everyone. It's a 15 dollar mag, but just based on principle I'm so mad. Now I guess I have to go spend 60 dollars on one at the Sports Academy, and that's this companie's fault. They won't even tell me for real why I've got to spend an additional 45 dollars to cool up a Glock 17 though. It's for my brother's first semi automatic and "da boi want dem extendos". Ya hurr me? And every day I have to explain to him that it's not here yet because some people in this world can't wrap their head around putting something in a box and mailing it. Yeah, I'm sure there's a pile of orders and they're behind. If they get that many though they can hire more people. I'm sure they'll really screw me over and cancel my order when they see this. If you're going to screw me so hard, you could have atleast bought me dinner first.
