Bottarelli Research Refund policy misleading Internet

I subscribed to Bottarelli Research Professional at a "discounted" rate of $999.99 yearly.  The pitch clearly stated that if the service did not provide at least 2 opportunities to double my money within 3 weeks, they would refund my cost.  It did not and, viewing their refund request page, my choices were a full refund credit for a Bottarelli Research site or a partial refund (less then $550)  The credit option was not spelled out in the initial pitch (why would I want it anyway)  The partial refund was not mentioned either although offers for other services offered partial refunds.
