Recently I was contacted by BOYAJIAN LAW OFFICES stating that I was delinquent for a bill from " American Medical Response". I have never in my entire life been transported in any ambulance ever. The bill was for $477.30. I knew this to be false.
I looked for the Boyajain law offices online and found an earlier rip off report from the same company for a false cell phone bill . I am hoping that this and other reports can help in getting this company and others who are trying to scam people for their own devious purposes and I also hope that they will face the legal ramifications for their actions.

Michael,
"Jackie" Boyajian is barely an attorney. He is only licensed to practice law in CA, just barely hanging on to his license.
He is a junk debt buyer who buys this sort of debt for less than 1/4th of a penny on the dollar.
You are lucky enough to have the same or similar name as the person who owed the money.
Do not speak with them. Send a CEASE COMMUNICATION request by certified mail, return reciept requested, as per your rights under the FDCPA. While on the FTC site, file a complaint online for the illegal collections activity.
Also file a bar association complaint with the State of CA, and Notify NJ that he is operating illegally.
