I received a letter from them on July 6, 2005 saying that I owed a Cardinal Emergency Physician $455.00. I signed up for a credit counseling program, and made arrangements to pay them a specific amount a month, and this month was my last month paying on it. I tried calling them to get the balance, so I could make sure we were on the same page. I called the 1-800 number, and it keeps sounding like a fax machine. Then I called the number listed on their website, and it just keeps ringing and ringing. So I have no idea what to do, so was I really paying on a old doctor bill or what??? Someone please help me!!!
