In August of 2011, I sent a big box full of presents to my family in Brazil using BR Courier services. The box arrived in Brazil on November 21, 2011, but was never delivered to my family.
For the past three months I have been calling BR Courier office in New Jersey to find out the reason my box has not been delivered; whom ever answers the phone always have different excuses to justify why the box has not been delivered. However, their offices in Georgia and California informed me that they have nine containers confiscated at Paranagua port in Parana, Brazil, and since July of last year nothing has been released.
After seven months, I still have no granites that my shipment will be delivered therefore, I plan to file a lawsuit against BR Courier.
