We called our office to report our bathtub was plugged up and the toilet needed a screw. It took them 3 days and 2 phone calls to get here.
They fixed the toilet. They took a plunger to the tub, but that didn't work. So they were going to send out the other maint man.
When he came here he did not even try to unplug it. He just told us we needed a plummer and that WE had to PAY for it! Either we could call one or they could.
I have never heard of such a thing!!
We are at our wits end. If we had the money to move we would!
