I used to work for this place, and I have seen the extra care that goes in to these beds. They are extremely luxurious, with a wide variety of styles, but always the best bedding. the only down side to the mattresses are that they are all foam so moving them from one location to another can get a little crazy, due to there sheer weight and flexibility all and all though it is a great investment, though. I worked in Returns for quite a while and these beds hardly ever come back, except for people who left it outside or something like that. I just wanted to make sure people weren't turned away from the brand due to this claim from New York.

Well Mr Simmons, The president of the company called to calm me down and tell me the coments are not true. Well the bed was shipped. and it was just like everybody said in there comments was true. But, my matteresses where dumped in a snow drift and the fed ex people never said they droped them off. The web site said they would call. Yea right. To top it off. I ordered the foundation to for both beds and never got them.So where did they go. The tracking number said they droped them all off. They are wrong, besides that no one signed for them,and being where the drop off was at night, who knows who got them.

So I drove to wic. where my parents live, 4 hours away on x mas day because that was there present. I saw the foam matteresses and 2 pillows in the house and i was amazed with them. They had the worst smell to them, that I helped them take it outside because the house smell of what ever was in this bed.It was very bad. Now they have there old beds back. So bottom line is that if you order this bed you will find half of your order in your yard and not know it and it will smell your home up like a dead animal. and to find out you spent all this money on a half order and not knowing where the rest is. So be very carfull on this bed if you dont mind getting screwed over again by the same company or person. if you have any problems go to there in. adress.
