this is a warning to all landlords in Orangeburg and along the coast of south Carolina. the 2 women cath dochert and brandy anderson are terrible tenants and you should never retn to either of them at all.
Cathy Docherty is about 22 slight build and about 5-2 and she is the one in Orangeburg Brandy Anderson is the one in Summerville , sc.
in the year and a half they have rented from me they have never been onetime with their rent and always when i would finally talk or catch up to either of them ,all of the sudden there would be a problem with the apts and that is why the rent would not be being paid .
even after fixing any problem they would not be satisfied with the repair and would want credit for the time the supposed problem that i did not even know about was happening .
they are both deadbeats and don't keep jobs and they seem very nice and clean cut to start with but don let them fool you .
both of them are quick to threaten legal action over supposed landlord wrong doing . both have very rough friends and both drink and do drugs.
don't think that starting eviction on them will scare them it will take even a second eviction process to get rid of either of them Brandy Anderson and Cathy Docherty.
they will not clean the place they leave at all so if you do rent to them expect a mess and having to change all your lock because you will not get your keys back either.
brandy Anderson is in Summerville and drives a grey ford ranger and has 2 kids she does not pay rent either and expects repairs to be made on problems no matter what the cost to the land lord .
she will say it will be only her and the 2 kids but will fill up the place she is Cathy Docherty's sister. Brandy also hangs out with the same rough crowd and does drugs also. she has stiffed me for 4 months back rent and is still not out of the apt yrt and the place is a wreck too.
brandy also always had an excuse for not paying rent and both of them have no problem playing you for a fool and ripping you off for rent and messing up the place you rent to them so in close rent to them at your peril,

well guys , heres the latest , after leaving her apt a complete wreck , cathy docherty , added insult to injury by stealing almost all the furniture in the place , all she left was the couch , and the cops wont do anything , because i cant prove what was in the apt before she stole it , kind of like if your house gets broken into and you cant prove you had the things in the first place they wont beleive you , only in south carolina and orangeburg especailly do the crooks and deadbeats have more rights than the tax paying people . the apt is not even rentable thay way she left it , and the cop had the gall to say well i asked her and she told me the only thing she took out of the apt were hers lol , thats kind of like expecting a thief to say yes officer i stole that car please send me to jail. she is a real piece of work , driving around no drivers liscince, skipping out on doctor and hospital bills , but she has money for a cell phone and to drink with god what a waste of space.and she had to gall and guts to not pay back me the over 100 dollrs she owed me on a persnola basis , and the caop was more concered about me calling her at her job than her stealing all the furniture, weel look out everybody in orangeburg rent to or be this girls friend at your own peril, more coming soon
