Breaks Plus dishonest sales practices with advertised coupon by misrepresents costs Denver Colorado

Coupon said $149 but costs were over $300 for the advertised service.

requested why over priced but was told to phone the next day. On that day, could not find invoice for services...when in next day and was told that the extras were approved...not true. I went in but Three service guys gang up on me and yelled at me then threw me out. Because I am an older women, they misrepresented the coupon service and did not honor the price. This is false advertising plus in appropriate behavior by manager and others hiding the true fact that they failed to substantiate the extra charges of over $ 225.00
The failed to respond to phone calls and assistance by claiming that the service done the night before, the invoice could not be find. After trying to get the over charges reversed, the extras resulted in additional charges that were not disclosed by telephone. They knew that we were leaving town so I was forced to sign the credit card with the understanding that this would be addressed.

If the manager had customer service training instead of abusive and just throw she out skills perhaps this company would have better accountabillity.

The customer satisfaction claim is a sad laugh. I did check them out at the BBB but it's all a lie do not use breaks plus ever...there many others who care coupons are not always truthful buyer beware
