NO CASH OR CREDIT REFUNDS STORE CREDIT FOR 90 DAYS

I went to the site. I read the about page. If you scroll to the very bottom that's what it says. Have you contacted anybody? I think you may be expected to choose another puppy within the 90 day period. I think that store credit is also minus 15% for an administrative fee. You should read the entire agreement, but I believe it is #20 and the very bottom statement which apply to your situation right now. You should contact them and verify the information so you can make sure your credit has been issued and how much it actually is now. After that, I would read their guarantee closely (usually before) and make sure you follow the terms since you have already agreed to them. Print them out and put them in your paperwork if you end up choosing another puppy.
What's with saying That you must follow their nutritional program but not exlaining it anywhere. What if the food (and vitamins)they reccomend is crap or not actually good for a particular breed or situation or just in general? Different breeds can require different things in their diets or higher this or lower that. Or does the breeder actually get to choose the actual food and supplemts? That condition would stop me in my tracks. You basically agree to it without knowing what it is? I'm really curious about that one. I even tried to look and see of they sell food in their products catalog but couldn't find it anywhere. And be sure not to run or jump with your dog. And keep all your reciepts. And always read your contracts and make sure you actually agree with and understand them. Good luck, please update the situation.
