Breitling Watch/Customer service Scam Warranty Danbury Nationwide

My Girlfiend bought me a Breitling watch October 2014, Nice looking Watch, It always ran a tiny bit slow, Ocassionally i would just rest it. No Big deal, after 18 months couldnt reset it couldn't move arms, It was messed up, So I returned it to the store, It was under 2 year warranty. they shipped it to Illionois for repair, They called me and said it was impacted and they will not cover the warranty, $365 to fix it and service it? I contacted the service said i was unhappy the watch was never dropped, The Lady said she would look into it, She emailed back and said to bad her watchman said impact, to bad,, Obviously i am stuck paying to pick up the watch, I later found out that it is there policy to deny many fixes at first cause people like me will just pay, I will never buy another brielling,
