I paid Cycle Brothers $350 to fix a leak.  The very next after it was returned to me, it was still leaking and it had not been fixed.  I asked for them to come pick up my bike, (which is how they operate, they pick up and drop the bike off you) and fix the leak I already paid them to fix.  I repeatedly asked for my bike back over the course of 6 months and the Owner Brian Christopher Hough who goes by the name "Memphis Hough" just could never produce the bike and he would harrass me with text messages at odd hours.  Finally, I told him I was going to the police at which time he started getting increasingly vague, angry, creepy and personal.

I filed a police report and had an auto theft detective also experience the same troubles and not be able to retrieve the motorcycle, so we filed a stolen vehicle report and a warrant went out for his arrest.  A week later, the detectives tracked down the bike at his "shop" which is operating illegally, as he refuses to give an address for his business and is operating a motorcycle repair shop in a garage in a residential neighborhood that is not zoned for this type of business.

When I arrived at the scene, my motorcycle had been pretty much pilfered for its parts.  There was an exact motorcycle as mine (A red and white 1973 Honda cl350 classic) on his truck, which was weird, I have never seen another one like it.  Anyway, on inspection of my bike, I realize he stole my gas tank and put it on the other motocycle, my brakes and accelerator had been dismantled for no reason and he stole my current California registration.  I did not authorize any of this work to be done!
