Business Recovery Services is what they call a RECOVERY ROOM scam. I found out the hard way after giving them the money for what they claimed were proven tactics to reclaim money.  At first they misrepresented themselves as a government agency, I found out they were just a little telemarketing room out of Mesa. Unless you want to get suckered into their high pressure tactics do not give them your money, they cannot recover any money or do anything more than you can do on your own. MOST IMPORTANTLY by going through them it will actually backfire against you since instead of legitimate reasons your claim will be rejected as a 3rd party claim.

This is where they run their scam operation from - check them out on Google Maps.

Another person who is afraid to identify herself.

AUTHOR: Business recovery services - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 05, 2011

It's virtually impossible for Business Recovery Services (BRS) to address a complaint when BRs isn't even familiar with who is filing the complaint and why this person is filing the complaint. Obviously, as big of a company as BRS is, "Jennifer" is not enough to identify who is filing this complaint. However, BRS will do its best to address this complaint.

When a person purchases a "Do-It-Yourself" Business Recovery Kit from BRS, the kit includes letters to all of the appropriate government and consumer advocacy agencies, as well as the credit card companies, that could assist a person in their recovery efforts from an ill-fated business opportunity. These agencies are charged with assisting consumers all over the United States.

BRS has run into some agencies, such as the Utah Division of Consumer Protection and the Utah Better Business Bureau, that have elected not to serve the consumer as they have been charged to do. Rather, it appears that these agencies are actually protecting a few Utah companies. Obviously, the reasons for this peculiar and unjustified behavior are unknown to BRS. However, BRS does know that the strong Mormon community in Utah is well-connected, and that could play as a major factor in their decision. It also could be to maintain Utah jobs in an economy that has already been devastated in this recession.

As this is a "Do-It-Yourself" Business Recovery Kit, a contact list is included so that the client can follow-up withhis or hercase. From this complaint, it appears that "Jennifer" hasn't performed any follow-up activities whatsoever. It is "Jennifer's job to follow-up on "Jennifer's" case, and the kit provides the tools to assist in that process. As "Jennifer" is well aware, there are no guarantees of recovery when anyone purchases a "Do-It-Yourself" Business Recovery Kit, as BRS has no guarantee that a client will even retrieve the kit from the mailbox, much less follow-up like the client is supposed to, and "Jennifer" is a perfect example as to why there are no guarantees. After all, "Jennifer" has not followed-up on her case.

If "Jennifer" doesn't have the intestinal fortitude to follow-up on her case, then "Jennifer" has the option of soliciting the assistance of a company called Home-Based Business Consulting Services (HBBCS), which will assist her directly in her recovery efforts. This form is also in the "Do-It-Yourself" Business Recovery Kit, and is available to those who don't have what it takes to fight for their money back. There is absolutely no cost unless "Jennifer" recovers her money. Of course, if"Jennifer" recovers her money, then there would be a fee payable to HBBCS.

It is also common to receive complaints that actually originate from the marketers of these ill-fated business opportunities. The motive is obvious...to attempt to discredit BRS by filing illegitimate complaints. Of course, to date, this method has not worked. There is a good chance that this complaint filed by "Jennifer" falls into this category. However, BRS will never know until we BRS has all of the information about "Jennifer."

I would recommend to "Jennifer", assuming this is a real complaint, that she fill-out the Contingency Fee Agreement Form with HBBCS and attempt that method to recover her money. Now, the ball is in "Jennifer's" court. Let's see if "Jennifer" is really serious about (1) following-up on her own case and (2) trying to recover her own money.

BRs has assisted its clients in recovering over $1,300,000 from a wide variety of ill-fated business opportunities, including over $268,000 from Storesonline alone, and over $400,000 from Storesonline and their associated companies combined. For verification, please visit our website, www.bizopcops.com. If you would like to try to recover your money from a business opportunity that you believed scammed you, then please contact BRS at businessrecoveryservices@yahoo.com, or you can call us at (480) 649-4251.
