Great service at first. I placed an order for about $1000.00 worth of automotive parts. I received half of them but was told suppliers were holding him up for the rest. A month went by without any response so I repurchased some needed items from the manufacturers directly in Australia. These arrived as promised from them proving the suppliers were not holding him up. Other purchased items not sent were from another source.
It has been several months (5-6) now that he has not responded to multiple calls attempts and emails.
Hie packing slip was vague(not itemized). His receipt was not accurate and vague (might as well have said "car parts") and had a different amount then what my account was charged...

We have been in business for almost 10 years and have thousands of happy customers in 45 different countries. We have a 100% positive rank on Ebay. If there is a problem, I will fix it.
