Bridge Capital Leasing ripoff will not refund money paid for 1st and last 2 payments of loan they couldn't get approved Mission Viejo California

Bridge Capital Leasing told us we were approved for a loan. This was for W900L KW.From the begaining they were told we had little time because the dealership would only hold the truck 5 business day's.

We put money down at the dealership after being told we were approved & once we paid them $3,565.41 they would
pay the dealership in 2 or 3 day's. Our money had to be wired to there bank. Not one time did anyone say anything about needing more info. on us. it was always everything looks good, no problem, send your money and pick up your truck.

We sent the money & the next day they said we would need to do a personal financial report & 2 year tax returns. Before sending our money they sent us a financing proposal for our review that told us what our monthly payment was how many months & made it sound like we were approved,once they got our money everything changed.

What I can't understand is how can they keep our money for payments on a loan we don't have. They wont to say we are in breach of contract because the date on the application was wrong.

Even so how do you keep payments when ther isn't a loan.Now they say our money will be ther any time we wont to use it. All we wont is OUR Money back.No way do we wont to do business with BCL.

We were lied to many times about a lot of things When this begain taking to long we were told they would send 1/2 of the money to the dealership to hold the truck, even told the dealer they would this never happened of course!

How could they send money for a loan that didn't have approved. Now we can't get our money even though we were told it was ours to use when we wonted to We do not wont to do business with these people!!!
