Bright House Networks Spectrum bait and switch. They tell over the telephone one price and send you a bill for a higher price. TAMPA, Indiana, Florida

Over the telphone, I was told that they would increase the speed of my internet and and give me a promotional rate for one year.

They sent me a bill which increase my rate. When I called to inquire about it they told me there was nothing they could do and I would have to pay the higher rate and they could not put it back as before the speed change..

When you ask to speak with a supervisor you are told there are none availible someone will call back.

This is a bait and switch routeen where they promise you one price and switch to the higher price on the bill/ If your not watching you will windup paying the higher price and not recievie the promotion that was promised.
