Broadbandoffers.com Rebate Offer #120439 Comcast failed to send rebates of $100, $79 and $30 using all kinds of excuses Bridgeport New Jersey

I followed instructions to a T and sent in within required time. After waiting the alloted time for delivery, I inquired and was told the three checks were mailed 4/3/08 and the cashing time had expired.
They said they could not re-issue checks after 60 days and they were not responsible for lost or tampered-with mail. I do not believe the checks were ever issued or I would have received them.
I even contacted Comcast who promoted the rebate offer, and I got the run-around from them. Every person I spoke with said it was not their department and passed me on to another, etc, etc.
I know this is a small amount of money, but these people should be stopped from ripping off thousands of people, and maybe if enough complain, something can be done.
