BROOKERS ASSOCIATES, LA HABRA, CALIF. ( Giant Rip-off and Fraud Company )

CONSTRUCTION     MAL- PRACTICE:

Brookers associate remodeled our neighbors pool, spa in patio top;  without permits nor notification to the immed. hood.

City closed the construction site down, for friable asbestos contamination and poor air quality & not pulling permits for some of the work.

Brookers damaged my property-dwelling, which is adjacent to the construction site.

South Coast Air Quality Management Board, cited both homeowner and Brookers. Brookers refused to investigate the citation.

The property owner is mobile home realtor, and goes by her husband #1, who she killed on the 605 freeway, she calls suicide. She knows better to cover up, as afraid of loosing litigation.

My damages are being investigated by DA Office and Calif contractors board for breach to public utilities. Prelimb damages are aprox $150K.

• Sewer
• Water
• Electrical
• Air Quality contamination.
• Phones.

 Now my above neighbor of 40 yrs will not speak to us and had her dtr come over to tell us, she wants us dead. Her husband stated his wife is out of cotnrol with remodeling.  Said Realtor should not threaten-or bullying neighbors who are only trying to restore their dwelling, prior to illegal construction and without permits. My home, along with other homes were effected by this construction breach by Brookers. We have not seen Brooker since the construction night, where Brookers employees took photos of some of the damages to our dwelling. 

Entire hood is alarmed that the friable asbestos from the 70’s pool remodel by Brookers, will cause lung cancer to the community. Homeowner has not filed claim w/ their h*o INs Carrier and told all of us to F'''ck Off!!!
