Brookstone Property Management NO PAY FOR FANNIE MAE REO VENDORS Nationwide Nationwide

Brookstone Property Management was awarded the Fannie Mae property maintenance services account after Cityside Property Management vacated there contract. Over three dozen vendors like myself were bridged over to Brookstone Management in August. To date we have completed over $12,850 in services on behalf of Brookstone Management and the only payment received to date was for a work order that Brookstone approved after three other approved orders?? Meaning if they are paying net 45 shouldnt the orders completed and approved prior to the one we got paid for also have been paid. YES!!! When a call was placed we get the run around that nobody has any idea how and when they decide to pay for services. This got my wheels turning and I started contacting many other REO contractors who I have known for over 10 years in the industry. It was learned that I was not alone. I spoke with 9 business owners/contractors whom along with our total are owed over $74,000 combined in services they completed over 46-55 days ago. One vendor was even sent a check for 30k for another company and he still hadnt been paid a dime yet. Imagine that kick in the chops. Collectively we are calling out to all and any present and past REO vendors who have been stiffed by this company as we are taking the legal action route Collectively and will be sending legal correspondence to Fannie Mae to make them aware of what is taking place. Another company pulled this on many of us back in 2011 and we won our suit and we're paid what we were owed plus 3x damages and this will most likely happen again. DO NOT WORK FOR BROOKSTONE Property Management if you want to get PAID!!
