what a terrible experience it has been to deal with Brown and Dahan. Being in court is bad enough, but having incompetent representation pretty much made my life h**l. Then add to that the expense of it all. It seemed like they were never very interested in my case. They had problems submitting the proper documents to the court on time. They would appear in court unprepared, and then charge me to file a continuance. When I tried to find out why they were not preparing the documents the court had requested, I was met with a hostile and condescending attitude.

Later, after looking into their educational backgrounds, I realized that they had both attended the"bottom of the barrel" Western State law school. I suspect this as being a major factor in their inability to provide me with effective legal representation.

In the end I had to file a substitution of attorney to get my case settled properly. Dealing with them was a very expensive mistake.

I had a very similar experience with them. They will promise you anything to get your money,- then they won't return your calls. They promote themselves as womens advocates, but are so inept that I almost lost everything. Be careful about who you hire as your attorney because you have to live with the consequences the rest of your life.
