Bryce J. Maynard is a lawyer with Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC. He does intellectual property law and came in on some domains I own and use for Search Engine Optimization. The owner of the business that I have the .com came after me because of the domain name. I offered to take it down and work it out with the business owner. However, before we could even get the chance to work it out, Bryce Maynard inadvertently sends an email to the business owner stating for complete fact that I have a long history of scams. 

Now you would think a lawyer would do his due diligence and check court records before stating as fact. However, he did not and the fact is no scam has ever been proven, and of course when you have over 1000+ domains and been doing this 10 years you probably will upset some people. Google gets sued everyday, but are they running an internet scam? 

Maybe Mr. Maynard needs to see the Statefarm commercial because apparently he believes everything he reads on the internet:

We are contemplating going after BIPC for libel, slander, and tortious interference now because of Mr. Maynard actions. Check your facts before you state for complete fact about someone. You need to legally say "In my opinion, I think this guy is a scam artist." Stating "He is a scam artist" and when never been convicted of a scam that is illegal. You have free speech in America, but you cannot say anything you want about anyone unless they are a politician or a public figure. If you are a private citizen do not let someone trash your name. You can be compensated. Seek Counsel or pursue pro se if you have the resources.
