Bureau Of Public Relations Cleverly-Worded Letter with a P.O. Box Return Address - Deceptive Advertising Las Vegas Nevada

Currently short on cash and, as a small business owner, surviving on a few profitable ventures to keep at my goal of expanding my business, imagine my surprise at receiving the following letter (see end of report) from a "Dept. Chief" of the "Large Opportunity Dispensation PR Office - West Coast Office" complete with a tracking status, time, and date!

AND - in red ink and appearing to be hand-printed, in all caps: "AWAIT HEARING FROM YOU!"

AND - An Acct: No. 5047246421 of all things!
Lordy, lordy!

Complete with a Client Release Form, no less!

The fine print has disclosure information. It seems that for a $20 fee you get the services of this company to provide sweepstakes information to you, information you could obtain on your own if you wanted to. They do offer a refund if you are not satisfied, and say "This promotion may be under different creative presentation [sic]."

I am scanning both pages of the letter I received for publishing at the bottom of my report, if allowed by the owners of Rip-Off Report. I am sending it to them now in JPEG format.
