BURPY INC NEED REFUND OF $11.81 FOR WRONG ITEMS DRIVER BROUGHT WHEN HE WENT SHOPPING Austin TEXAS

Burby had a driver go grocery shopping for me on August 15, 2014 and he brought 5 items wrong.  Burpy has always gave me a refund for wrong items, but this time they had an issue with refunding me the full amount. I should have receive $30 but Burpy only refunded me $8.17 back iin to my chceking account.

I talked Azim and he said he would give me a full refund after he already said he was going to give me full amount back onthe 15th of the month

I still need refund for the following:

l.  Contact Lens Opti Free  4 oz size -  Driver  bought 2 2 oz size - cost $9.81  (I get those free at Doctorws Office)

2:  Frito Fritos 14 oz size  - Driver brought 9 oz size  They kept $2.00 of $4.51 that was charged

I want a full refund and this very bad business for a company when employee's made the mistake
