I just moved a way from Burst.net......
Their Servers are DOWN 24 per day.

Support is a nightmare

They also charged me automatically before 15 days of expire date, and the never accept to refund my money back.

when i sent the cancellation request they ignored it, and again they charged me for 3st months.

Stay a way Not Recommended company!

Yes, we bill in advance for services, which YOU agreed to upon signing up for our service, and agreeing to our Service Agreement. You cannot be angry that we acted exactly according to our contract with you in that matter.

If you cancel service prior to a new service period starting, and have alerady paid in advance for that period, you would be refunded without problem. If you were not refunded, that tells me that you did NOT cancel in time (as per contract), or, had other debts due to us that the payment was applied to instead.

No way we could "ignore" your cancellation request, as the entire cancellation system is automated, and you would have evidence of your cancel request, and exact time placed, both on-screen, via email, and saved in your member control panel.

As far as your "servers being down 24" claim, well, I'm not sure what that means exactly, but it is obviously complete nonsense that does not even need to be responded to :-(
