businesspass.com S&R Media Corp Deal Site = bad dealings Chicago, Illinois

businesspass.com is a misleading company that will take your money and not refund it or show any ROI at all. At our business in Chicago, we were solicited by phone by the people at businesspass.com to see if we wanted to go in on a groupon like daily deal extravaganza.

After weeks of many calls from their sales people we finally gave in and joined the site with a daily deal that we thought was a great value. We were duped into buying into their deal site because they claimed that it would be great for our business. We never saw any return on anything and actually last money on the whole deal.

We never saw any customers from their website and when we asked for our money back they kept transferring us from one department to another in order to frustrate us into simply giving up. We bought into the whole deal because the sales person said that their website got over twenty thousand hits a month and when we found out that they only get fifty or so people a day that visit the site we were furious.

We did some more digging and found out that the people who run this are the same people known for having a shady boiler room magazine company. On the registration information of their website, the registrant information is listed as S&R Media Corp. S&R Media Corp also goes by the name Phoenix Media Corporation and Phoenix Media Corporation also used the name Schofield Media at one point.  I did a Google search and found out that this company is about as shady as they come.

They are being sued by former employees and related industry companies also. We would not advise any legitimate business to buy into their offers. No matter how small or in significant it may seem.
