 They will BS you until you give in and just pay for a portion of the total cost. I was on the phone for 50 minutes with them to refund my money. Do not buy anything online that has a trail period!

Ordered the Free trial period for the product and then on the 14th day was immediatly charged on my CC for the full price. On their website there is not where it states you have to cancel within the 14 day trial period and their advertisement states its FREE!  What a crock! I contacted the company via email and no reply was given. I then called the company and was on the phone for 50 minutes with them trying to sell me more crap.  All I wanted was my CC refunded for their lack of advertisement. After 50 minutes of being BS'd with how to buy more product at a reduced price and being put on hold every few minutes you still don't get a result in a refund.  They beat you down until you agree to pay something for the items.

DO NOT BUY ANY TRIAL ITEMS ONLINE!  You will get caught up in their scamming.
