*UPDATE EX-employee responds: Shipping Label
receive the wig and was not satisfied. Poor quality. glue overflow on hair. Hair is not as pictured. Notified company immediately for return. They sent RMA after several requests. I sent package back immediately and notified company. They claimed they would give credit as soon as recieve package. I paid $14 for wig and $2 shipping. They sent credit for $7. I requested the remaining $7. After repeating my request SEVERAL times and finally requested them to actually read the request I have been sending, they claimed that the return slip costs $7. This is not possible. It was returned in the same box and manner as originally shipped. $2 maybe not $7.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds
Shipping Label
AUTHOR: Curben - (United States of America)

The company has a deal with UPS that a particular label has a flat charge of $7 whether it is one pound or one hundred pounds. While this is convenient in many cases, it is not of course in this case. There should have been something on either the label or invoice declaring this however.
