Buycostumes.com Buy Seasons Inc Horrible company, don't waste your time Internet

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. I placed an order on 10/18, and paid for guaranteed delivery on 10/23. I Received an email on 10/23 with tracking info to UPS. Per my confirmation, and attached tracking number, my order would be delivered on 10/26. I attempted to call the customer service number, and was on hold over 10 minutes, then was given an option to receive a callback, but maintain my place in line. After choosing the option to have someone call me back, I was disconnected. I did this routine 2 more times, for a total of roughly 25 minutes, never did receive a call. 

I then noticed a live chat option, only to be on cyber-hold another 10 minutes. "Ray" told me exactly what my email confirmaction already stated, and that my order left their warehouse on 10/22. So I clarified that it wasn't what I paid for. He  suggested I contact UPS, and request the delivery. Since the costume left their warehouse on 10/22, it clearly wasn't a UPS issue. He offered to refund my shipping, which I agreed to, and since I paid thru PayPal, I did screenshot the entire conversation. If the credit isn't applied, I can open a PayPal dispute. Unfortunately, my child has a party tomorrow, so I will have to purchase another costume in person. 

To my dismay, I started reading reviews from other sites, and this seems to be an ongoing issue. With the exception of BizRate, I could not find any positive reviews for the company, which makes me question the validity of the reviewers. Since they display a BBB seal, I also left a review there. So do yourself a favor, order elsewhere. Though the prices were a few dollars cheaper, it's not worth the uncertainty. Hopefully I will receive the correct order Monday.
