Don't buy costumes from BuyCostumes.com

Early in October this year I purchased two costumes from BuyCostumes.com for $90. When the costumes arrived they were of very poor quality and didn't fit right. I immediately sent them back so that they would arrive back before Halloween. Quite a few weeks later BuyCostumes got back with me and said they'd refund me half of my money or return the costumes again to me and bill me for the shipping back. They claimed that their web site policy clearly stated this when buying from them. That is not true. I would never buy anything to wear sight unseen that I didn't have the option of returning if it didn't fit or wasn't made well. It's companies like this that make people not want to shop on the internet. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!
