BYTEFENCE a pop-up said i had malware and said i needed this to fix it, they stated they were approved by microsoft. i bought it for $24.99 and then got a worm or whatever you call it i then spent 49.99 to get rid of it thru another software company, I tried to contact.  illinois

eriTo:whom it may concern, I recently had to re-purchase virus protection, then I began too recieve pop-ups from bytefence software company, telling me, I had a trojan virus,...I'm not very savy when it comes to that stuff...however I know better then too go online without protection.  I purchased this Bytefence for $ 24.95, Now I'm really in trouble,  My puter began to really get weirded out, I began to get shut down issues, it was also asking to look for repairs thru microsoft, too no avail.

      I would recieve notices saying, your computer has suffered a serious problem, it must close.
