C & J Excavating LLC Nibroc Excavating LLC UnClean Fill Dirt Tucson / Cortaro Arizona

C & J Excavating aka Nibroc Excavating was hired by the General Destruction CONtractor to clear the vegatation off the property and build up the height of the Lot.  At the time that the work was being done according to the ROCAZ records Nibroc aka C & J Excavating was in violation of State Law and not licensed.

To build up the Pad Nibroc aka C & J Excavating hauled in and used Unclean Fill Dirt.  This Dirt had Large Rocks and asphalt within it's contents.  There was never any Asphalt on the Property before Nibroc aka C & J Excavation worked on the property.

There are several Structural Issues with the foundation and pieces of Asphalt are rearing their ugly heads all over the property.
