C.A. Rochelle Logistics Corp Craig A Rochelle Damaged car during shipping..refused to pay repair Yonkers New York

 Trucker damaged vehicle during transport to AZ from NY. We were refered to body repair company in Phoenix who sent estimate to Craig Rochelle who approved it and advised us to drop car for repair. After repair was completed the shop and I advised Craig and he was supposed to give his payment info with repair shop. After over a week of leaving messages for Craig and speaking with his office person ( while increasing rental car cost) body shop advised his office # was no longer in service. We have since had to pay the shop and rental car $1600 to retrieve the car. Have been unsucessful in contacting Craig. Did speak with driver who delivered vehicle and he claims Craig owes him money from his employment prior to him leaving.
