cacv of colorado llc is a debt collector thay claim i owe them 4'673.86 with interest at 10% per annum from 7,sept.2005 attorney's fees and costs in the amount of $724.00 which includes the petition and other coast comes too$5,542.02 ,thay hired a law firm to collect this money thayl say i owe .i asked them to tell me who i originaly owed this money too.thay never answered me. the law firm is neuheisel law firm p.c. sacramento ca.the law firm sent me a court order from san diego ca ccp664.6 isent them @150.00 I'm still waiting for a replay.i also got from hunt &henriques law firm a lien in my name on my house through the san diego court for $1,737.06 the plaintif is cacv of colorado,llc. i don,t know what i should do,i guess ill have to get a lawyer .
