Cal Worthington Dodge RUDE SALES PEOPLE RIPS OFF MILITARY MEMBERS WITH OVERPRICED CARS AND NO FAIR PRICE FOR TRADE INS, ripoff Carlsbad California

I've always seen commercials with Cal and one of his many animals talking about to come in and see him and he'll give you a fair deal, buy your car, and put you in a good new car. Well I assure you that is not the mission of Cal Worthington Dodge Carlsbad.

I gave them two cars for a trade in. I owed $5400 total for both cars. The trade in value for both cars is $6600 according to N.A.D.A. and Kelley. The sales manager said he would give us $1800 towards a new car. Thats great. Well we do the paper work and it came out I payed them $3000 to take the cars. They gave me a used car and charged me $4000 more that the car was worth. They had assured me that we had a fair deal and they were helping us out.

Some help. Iasked about the trade ins and the sale manager had the audasity to say that it would his word against ours. If I'm not mistaken I'm the customer and have been told that I'm always right. Right?

So your probably saying to yourself why didn't you just walk out. Well we were at the dealership for seven hours. When I say we I'm also including my 15 month old son. He's great but anyone who has one of their own know they are a handful; and I'm four arms short of a Thai Buddah. At any rate. We were tired we were hungry and we wanted and needed to leave. Well we didn't want to leave with out having a diffrent car so I signed.

Well I'm not happy with the deal its only been a day. I've tried talking to the sales manager but he hasn't been very helpful so I asked to speak to his manager. he said numerous excuses and flat out refused. But I'm still trying to find someone out there who can help. If I could find out how to talk to Cal I would for sure do so, as I'm sure Cal wouldn't be pleased with hearing how his sales people mistreated us and took advantage of our situation.

I'm not trying to ask for the world, but I'm just asking for a fair deal. I work hard, two jobs, my primary job being in the US Navy. Fighting for our country just to come home to have someone try to kill me finacially.
