Camden Whispering Oaks Lie, Cheat, SCAM!!! Houston Texas

 Well I guess now it makes perfect sense why they run contests begging for reviews. As an unfortunately recently renewed resident, this has turned out to be the WORST decision I've ever made! Camden Property "Trust" is FAR from trustworthy. I've read the reviews from previous residents after they were charged erroneous carpet replacement fees but I never thought it would happen to me. I took pride in knowing I kept the flooring in the home SPOTLESS. This meant only clear drinks allowed in the home, my dogs are completely potty-trained, vaccumed several times weekly and all shoes taken off before reaching the carpeted areas. I was still hit with a $500 bill. Luckily I recorded a move-out video that shows there were no issues. Even the photos taken by Camden show no damages or stains, but the idiots tried to point out vaccum lines as pet stains. Needless to say I regret my decision to ever move here, but even worse I recently moved into another unit and signed on for an additional 15 months. The "manager" Oscar is nothing more than a rude, condescending "2 bit hustler" out to make a dime. This a-hole refused to view the photos with us and immediately became defensive and made up a new reason for the charge right there on the spot. No paperwork, no written document. Just a false arbitrary decision. Luckily I recorded the conversation and have even more to fight with. Camden started it, but I will fight this to the end. STAY FAR AWAY. THEY ARE NICE ONLY UNTIL THE LEASE IS SIGNED. If you love paper thin walls, rude management, no security and to be treated like second class scum... Move right on in!
