Came's Roofing, Inc Theft of Service Lodi CA

On April 16, 2018 Cames Roofing contacted my office to retain debt collection services for another business they were having a hard time collecting from.  My office spent countless hours attempting to negotiate an amicable resolution to this debt over the span of three (3) months.  Mr. Sandoval repeatedly contacted my office explaining to our representatives that he had been cut off from one of his suppliers, due specifically to the nonpayment of the debt my office was retained to represent him on. 

My office literally bent over backwards for Mr. Sandoval, breaking Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in order to resolve this account expeditiously.  Finally, on July 3, 2018 my office was able to negotiate an amicable resolution, wherein $4,133 was paid direct to a supplier, so Cames Roofing could continue operating.  Further, my office was able to negotiate another payment in the amount of $3,866, which was paid direct to Cames Roofing.  My office performed the task we were retained to perform, which was to collect a debt. 

I spent countless hours performing work for Cames Roofing through four (4) Case Negotiators to reach an amicable resolution and to keep this business operating.  This case was a top priority for my firm, as we truly felt that Mr. Sandoval was harmed by the business that didn't pay him, and we wanted to do right by him.  Now, as thanks for the work we performed on Mr. Sandoval's behalf, he owes my firm $1,999.75 and refuses to pay.  In good faith, my representatives have attempted to negotiate this fee, to no avail.  Mr. Sandoval is utterly refusing to make good on his obligation to pay for the services of my firm.
