Campbell Road Car Care aka Texaco Does not honor its services, warranties and damages Land Rovers Richardson Texas

This auto repair company took my car in for a month, stated they were doing diagnostics and claimed the repaired 10 codes related to my motor in the vehicle.  They changed sales invoice amounts on repairs repeatedly stating they added additional parts and labor amounting to 1720 worth of labor. 

The final sales invoice states 1833.55.  When I went to test drive and pick up the vehicle, the hood latch was broken.  I returned to the repair shop five minutes later to complain about the fact the car was still driving the same way and that the repair shop had not even done half the work that they stated they completed on their invoices.  The repair sales person Ritchie Bains (who by the way is not even the owner of Campbell Road Car Care) per the Secretary of State records -- denied to even look at the vehicle again, and insisted that timing belts were the only issue with the vehicle.  Additionally, the company issued a fraudulent transaction into my account that states they are Texaco for $1500.00.

 According to a Texaco Consumer Affairs manager -- Texaco only provides gas services -- they do not provide auto repair services. 

So who is actually going to appear in this lawsuit: Bains Bros., Texaco, or Campbell Road Car Care?  It looks like Fraud to me on both the bank transaction and auto repair.
