Camping World of San Antonio Maggie, Receptionist, Service Department Costumer Service is nonexistent New Braunfels Texas

 I bought a new RV from Camping World yesterday. I drove my RV to a storage facility and proceeded to secure everything inside and outside. I found that the keys they gave me didn't work to lock the outside storage. I called Maggie, my sales rep, and she informed me that she was almost back to the dealership after driving my car to the storage lot. (My RV isn't equipped to tow yet.) I waited over an hour in the storage lot and she didn't call me back. I then tried to call Camping World directly and the receptionist didn't know what department I needed to solve this problem. She said I could leave a message with my sales rep. I told her she already knew about the problem. She said she didn't know who could help me. She was not concerned at all that I had been waiting an hour already. She seemed bored with everything and just wanted to pass me to someone else. I had trouble with her when I call during the buying process too so I wasn't surprised. I asked for the service department. I was transferred to a voice mail. I called back and once again said I need to speak to a person, she transferred me to someone in the service department, but he didn't know what to do either, said he was new. I was put on hold twice and I finally got transferred to someone in sales, but they didn't answer. I asked for Glen, the guy that did my walk through and was sent once again to voice mail. I do have to say that Glen was great. This in no way has anything to do with his performance. He was extremely professional and helpful during my walk through. He was probably busy and couldn't pick up the phone, but meanwhile I'm still setting in the storage lot and my phone is almost Dead.

Bottom line I was exhausted after spending all day at Camping World so I left my almost 150,000.00 dollar RV outside storage unlocked. I left my generator door unlocked, along with my outside TV, the water tanks and all the wiring and plumbing. I wouldn't recommend this Campinghe World to anyone, in fact I will be telling everyone I know to stay away. Last note they sure called back when I was in the process of buying this unit, but a short 6 hours later they were no help at all. I can only pray no one jumped the fence at the storage facility and ripped everything out.
