CAPITAL 0NE PAYMENT PLAN NOT HONORED, ASKING FOR MORE MONEY! CHARLOTTE Virginia

I'd set up a payment plan ($60 on one day this month, $60 for dame day next month) to bring my account current (only have a limit of $300.) This was after a mistake by their system or agents (they took my payment out of my checking account ONE WEEK early without 1)my authorization; 2)having had the payment set up.) Their mistake resulted in almost $300 in fees from my bank due to overdraft. When I called and had everything sorted out FINALLY (6 weeks after the mistake, and many weeks of not able to pay other bills-i.e. car note, insurance, rent), I soke with an agent whom I thought was brilliant in setting up my payment plan. Her name was Keneesha, agent ID#: XCW657. She offered the above two payment plan for $60 each on certain dates. Two weeks later, I made my payment, in two installments, but on the SAME DATE AS ORIGINALLY AGREED. They sent me a letter which I received this past Monday and it had wrong dates and payment agreement, completely contradicting my conversation with agent Keneesha. I incurred another $39 reversal of a fee due to aforementioned mistake; $39 late feel and $19 overlimit fee all within 5 days of my payments. I just now spoke with a "supervisor" named ANNE who told me, and I quote, "You must have written the wrong date down and you shouldn't have made you payments in two installments." When I asked why, since nobody told me any differently, she couldn;t answer and told me she could refund all of the above fees if I made a payment of $146. I was then put on hold when I asked to be transferred to another supervisor, waited 15 minutes, and hung up. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. I'm researching a legal avenue for this nonsense and have their corporate office's information and will be using it to contact them, if they'll even speak to me. Last time I was told they didn't have anyone available, at 1pm in the afternoon. DISGRACEFUL.
