This is the 2nd Letter in 1 Yera I received, It says I Owe Chase Bank, $4,373.78 And says, We at CAMCO have decided to extend a Most generous settlement offer of $1,313.20 They threated to evaluate my Credit History and present financial circumstances, then Proceed with the Appropriat collection program.

I have checked with Chase Bank and they said they do not have anything like this on Record for me.
