I recieved a package through the mail, and in response I called the number and spoke with a customer service representative who would not give me her last name. I explained to her that I had not order this package and was not interested in anything they offered. Checking the status on my personal checking account I discovered that for the past 2 month I have been debited three times the amount of $54.90. Which has caused my account to be overdrawn due to these amounts, that I have not authorized to be taken out.

When I call the number that was on my statement (866)237-0313 the representative named Wendy gave me a confirmation number 86-372-10 stating that it has been cancelled. Well now it has been twice after the cancellation.
