capital one auto finance hires drug users and crackheads to harrass you about your loans tulsa, Oklahoma

I used to work for coaf and they used temp employees from mystaff, who don't drug screen anybody, in tulsa oklahoma to do their collection work. They told us to make them cry and don't take any reason for being late. I was working with pill poppers, crackheads, and pot heads. The company refuses to drug test even their own employees. You have people hopped up on dope calling people 15 times a day between the hours of 7am and 9pm. We were told to call everybody on their reference list and leave messages. They didnt train use on the deferment of payments at all. Some of the coaf employees were offering deferments just to get a bigger average payment size. And when you ask to speak to a supervisor, you are really talking to a peer coach who is hopped up on pills and they dont even know what they are doing. COAF takes to long to process payments and the customer is still getting late fees tacked on to the loan. They don't care if you are old, disabled, or the owner has died, they will call you 15 times a day anyway. The people who are suppose to train employees don't do a good job then they send the employees out on the floor hopped up on drugs with no training. COAF is a big joke. And the supervisors are sitting at their desk calling their families and talking to other supervisors. The only way to get promoted is to sleep with you gay or straight supervisor. If COAF calls you, pick up the phone, verify that its you they want and hang up. If they call you back, sue them for breaking the law. If you told them not to call you at work and they do, sue them for breaking the law. The COAF in Tulsa, OK is a joke, they are driven by stats, no customer service, and they are dope heads working with peoples lifes, credit and mystaff keeps sending them drug users  with no experience to do their collecting.
